CSE signed an MoU with The China Financial Futures Exchange Co. Ltd. (CFFEX)

27 October 2025, Dhaka:

 

On 21st October 2025, during the Annual Assembly of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE); Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE) was entered in to an MoU with the CFFEX through a befitting program held at the Haskoy Hall, Rixos Tersane, in Istanbul, Turkey for a mutual cooperation to enhance and promote bilateral partnership to facilitate the development of a sustainable Derivatives market in Bangladesh. The MoU shall mainly cover the following -

  1. Development of Derivatives Market in Bangladesh
  2. Sharing & exchange of related information
  3. Facilitate the training or knowledge sharing programs between CFFEX and CSE
  4. Active support in Business Development specially in promoting the Derivatives products.

 

Mr. M. Shaifur Rahman Mazumdar, FCA, FCMA, Managing Director, CSE and Mr. Xiaogang Zhang, Chief Executive Officer, CFFEX signed on behalf of their organization as well. Mr. Shan Shuang and Mr. Feng Yu of CFFEX were also present at that time.
