The Chairman, Board of Directors, Management, Members and all Stakeholders of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) express their profound sorrow at the passing away of Mrs. Marina Yasmin Chowdhury (Wife of Mr. Azam J. Chowdhury, President, BAPLC).
"Inna lilla He Wa Inna Ilaihe Rajeun."
Mrs. Marina Yasmin Chowdhury was the Vice Chairperson of East Coast Group (ECG) for the last thirty years. She was also the Director of Prime Bank Limited and also former-director of Green Delta Insurance Company Limited, one of the leading general insurance companies of Bangladesh. Outside of business life Mrs. Marina Y. Chowdhury was deeply engaged in Social Welfare programs conducted through East Coast Groups Foundation and was also personally involved in other philanthropic and charitable causes such as accessible education and medical treatment for the underprivileged.
We, express our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pray to the almighty Allah for salvation of her departed soul. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
