EBL: The company has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 24, 2025 has approved the issuance of an Unsecured, Non-convertible, Fully Redeemable, Floating Rate, Coupon bearing Subordinated Bond (sub-debt). This bond will be issued through private placement worth BDT 800.00 (Taka Eight Hundred) Crore, with a tenure of 7 (Seven) years, to strengthen the Tier-II capital of the company. The issuance of the bond is subject to approval from the concerned regulatory authorities.
