FAREASTFIN(cont2): as of that date, the Company's current liabilities exceeded its total assets by Tk.1,532,764,232. As started in Note 2.40, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in Note 2.40. In connection with our audit, we have performed audit procedures to evaluate management's assumptions as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
