2025-11-13: Reschedule of Board Meeting

ACMEPL: The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the Board Meeting will be held on November 18, 2025 at 3:00 PM instead of earlier declared November 13, 2025 at 2:45 PM to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2025.
