2025-11-13: Regarding stock dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025

MAMUNAGRO: Referring to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 03.11.2025 regarding reasons of 5% bonus share, the company has further informed that they forwarded an application dated November 02, 2025 to Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission regarding seeking approval of 5% Bonus Share which is under process. After getting approval from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission the company will notify the separate Record Date for Bonus Share later.
