NORTHRNINS: The Company will be placed in ''A'' category from existing ''Z'' category with effect from October 06, 2025 as the Company has reported disbursement of 10% Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024. As per BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/32 dated December 26, 2021; the stock brokers & merchant bankers are requested not to provide loan facilities to their clients against trading of the shares of NORTHRNINS up to 7 trading days from October 06, 2025.
