DHAKABANK: Mr. Mirza Yasser Abbas, a Director of the company, has informed that he will transfer 31,300,000 shares of the company to his mother Ms. Afroza Abbas (a Sponsor of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within October 31, 2025.
