2025-10-05: Investment in a commercial property located in Gulshan 1, Dhaka

MJLBD: The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its 146th Board Meeting held on September 30, 2025 has approved the following proposal: MJL Bangladesh PLC. (MJLBPLC) along with EC Holdings Limited (ECHL) will jointly invest in a commercial property located at Block: SW(C), Plot no:3, Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan 1, Dhaka. The total investment towards acquisition of the commercial property is BDT 2,142,000,000.00 (BDT Two hundred fourteen crore & twenty lac only). Investment of MJLBPLC & ECHL will be on 50:50 basis. MJLBPLC is making this investment for its future business expansion.
