PIONEERINS: Mr. Alamgir Shamsul Alamin, a Director of the company, has reported his intention to transfer 1,915,000 shares of the company to his brother Mr. Jahangir Alamin (a General Shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days with effect from September 08, 2025.
