2025-09-10: Clarification on recent news published in newspaper

EXIMBANK: In response to a DSE query letter to the company regarding a news published in a newspaper titled ''Three banks agree to merge, two oppose'' on September 07, 2025, the company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company met with Bangladesh Bank officials regarding merger issue and asked for some time to rebound.
