2025-08-28: Rejection of review of rejected rights issue application

CONFIDCEM: Refer to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 15.07.2025 regarding reconsideration of Rights Issue Proposal, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission has informed the company that under the Securities and Exchange Commission (Rights Issue) Rules, 2006, there is no provision for review or reconsideration of rejected rights issue applications. Accordingly, the commission has informed the company that their application cannot be reviewed or reconsidered.
