2024-06-11: Name Change of the Company

MAKSONSPIN: Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Maksons Spinning Mills PLC.' instead of 'Maksons Spinning Mills Limited' with effect from June 12, 2024. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.
