PREMIERLEA: Please note that Premier Leasing & Finance Limited will be placed in ''B'' category from existing ''A'' category with effect from 14 July 2019 as the Company has approved 5% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2018. As per BSEC Directive No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/177 and BSEC Order No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/178 dated October 27, 2015; the stock brokers & merchant bankers are requested not to provide loan facilities to their clients against trading of the shares of PREMIERLEA up to 30 trading days from 14 July 2019.
