2020-08-06: Agreement Signed with Bajaj Auto Limited

RUNNERAUTO: Runner Automobiles Limited has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company is going to sign an agreement with Bajaj Auto Limited, a Company registered under the Companies Act, 1956, having its principal office at Mumbai Pune Road, Akurdi, Pune 411035, India for the authorized distributorship of KTM branded Motorcycles in Bangladesh in the form of either Completely Built Up (CBU) or Semi Knocked Down (SKD) or Completely Knocked Down (CKD) condition, or dealing in Part Level Supply, and Spares. This arrangement is expected to further strengthen Runner's position in the high-end segment of the motorcycle market.
