2020-06-29: Change of Board Meeting Date

FUWANGCER: Fu-Wang Ceramic Industry Ltd. has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on July 5, 2020 at 3.30 PM instead of June 29, 2020 to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended on March 31, 2020.
