BAYLEASING: The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting will be held on February 08, 2026 at 4:00 PM instead of earlier declared February 02, 2026 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, Un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended September 30, 2025.
