2026-02-01: Regarding Postponement of 21st AGM of the Company

MAKSONSPIN: Refer to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 15.12.2025 regarding Recommendation of No Dividend, the company has further informed that the 21st Annual General Meeting of the company, which was scheduled to be held on February 24, 2026 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The new date and time of the meeting will be notified later.
