2026-01-25: Category Change

PENINSULA: The Company will be placed in 'B' category from existing 'Z' category with effect from January 26, 2026 as the Company has reported disbursement of 0.50% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2025. As per BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/32 dated December 26, 2021; the stock brokers & merchant bankers are requested not to provide loan facilities to their clients against trading of the shares of PENINSULA up to 7 trading days from January 26, 2026.
