LOVELLO: Mr. Md. Ekramul Haque, Sponsor Director of the company, has further informed that he has completed his transfer of 25,00,000 shares of the Company to his Brother Mr. Md. Zahedul Haque (General Shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated by CSE on 21.01.2026.
