2026-01-19: Transfer of shares outside the Trading System of the Exchange

GENEXIL: Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the transfer of 807,853 shares of Genex Infosys PLC of Mr. Chowdhury Fazle Imam, a director of the company, to Dhaka Bank PLC. (the transferee) within 30 working days with effect from January 15, 2026 outside the trading system of the Exchange other than by way of gift under Regulation 47(1)(d) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable laws.
