2025-12-22: Appointment of Managing Director and CEO

SBACBANK: The Company has informed that Mr. S. M. Mainul Kabir was appointed as MD and CEO of the company in the Board of Directors meeting held on September 15, 2025 which was approved by Bangladesh Bank on October 12, 2025. Mr. Kabir has assumed charge as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank with effect from December 17, 2025.
