2025-12-22: BSEC consent for Stock Dividend and Record Date

MAMUNAGRO: Referring to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 30.10.2025, the company has informed that BSEC has accorded consent vide its letter dated 15 December 2025, for issuance of 5.00% Bonus Share (Stock Dividend) for the year ended on 30 June 2025. In this regard, a new Record Date has fixed on 22 January 2026 for the purpose of determining entitlement to the 5.00% Bonus Share (Stock Dividend).
