2025-12-11: Change of AGM venue

BENGALWTL: Refer to their news disseminated by CSE on 27.10.2025 regarding recommendation of dividend, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to shift the venue of the 23rd AGM to ''Bengal Square, 437, Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka-1208'' from ''Bengal Multimedia Studio, 95/A, Tejgaon I/A, Dhaka-1208.'' Also note that the agenda, date and time of the AGM will remain unchanged.
