Issuer of Premier Bank Perpetual Bond has informed that a meeting of the Trustee of Premier Bank Perpetual Bond will be held on December 14, 2025 at 3:00 PM to determine the Coupon Rate for payment to the Bondholders for the period from December 27, 2025 to June 26, 2026.
