2025-12-03: Postponement of AGM

DULAMIACOT: Referring to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 29.09.2025 regarding the recommendation of dividend, the company has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the 38th Annual General Meeting of the company has been postponed. The new date of the 38th Annual General Meeting of the company will be informed very shortly. However, the company is suspended in CSE.
