2025-11-18: BSEC's consent to the company to hold AGM through Digital Platform

ICB: Refer to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 29.10.2025 regarding Recommendation of No Dividend, the company has further informed that BSEC has accorded its consent to the company to hold AGM through Digital Platform.
