2025-04-15: Reschedule of Board Meeting

IDLC: The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the Board Meeting will now be held on April 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM instead of earlier declared April 13, 2025 to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024.
