2019-05-16: Share transmission of late sponsor to his successor

EASTLAND: It was informed that a total number of 88,775 shares of late Sponsor of Eastland Insurance Company Limited Mr. Nazrul Islam has been transmitted in the account of his successor namely Mrs. Mahbuba Islam (Wife of Late Mr. Nazrul Islam) as per succession certificate issued by the Honorable Court and subsequent NOC issued by other successors in favor of Mrs. Mahbuba Islam.
