2019-12-02: Auditor's Opinion

RNSPIN: The auditor of R.N. Spinning Mills Ltd. has given the following emphasis of matter in the audit report of the Company for the year ended on 30 June 2019: ''Emphasis of Matter: Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern - We draw attention to Note #26 and #28 in the financial statements, which indicates that the Company incurred a net loss of BDT (6,071,114,792) during the year ended June 30, 2019. Mainly due to fire occurred in the factory creating huge loss, as stated in Note #26 and #28, these events or conditions, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.(cont1)
