2024-05-06: Regarding stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2023

BRACBANK: Refer to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 03.04.2024 regarding Recommendation of Dividend, the company has further informed that they are yet to receive the consent of ''Stock Dividend'' from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. The record date on May 07, 2024 of the company is applicable for only Cash Dividend and AGM of the company. The record date for ''Stock Dividend'' will be announced once consent is obtained from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
