RAHIMAFOOD: The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board Meeting will be held on May 05, 2024 instead of April 29, 2024 at 04:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2024.
