2024-04-28: Name Change of the Company

CVOPRL: Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'CVO Petrochemical Refinery PLC.' instead of ?CVO Petrochemical Refinery Limited' with effect from April 29, 2024. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.
