2019-10-22: Reschedule of Board Meeting

ASIAINS: Asia Insurance Limited has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the Board Meeting of the Company will now be held on October 29, 2019 at 3:00 PM instead of October 28, 2019 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended on September 30, 2019.
