Shaila Ferdous Santaz Banu, one of the Directors of Sunlife Insurance Company Ltd., has further reported that she has completed her transfer of 1,20,000 shares to her daughter Nafisa Madina (60,000 shares) and son Ahmed Nafis Arafat (60,000 shares) respectively, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange, as per declaration disseminated on 20.10.2019.
