EASTLAND: Mrs. Taslima Akhtar, one of the Directors of Eastland Insurance Company Limited, has further reported that she has completed her transfer of 8,27,000 shares of the Company to her husband Mr. Kamaluddin Ahmed, another Sponsor of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange, as per declaration disseminated on 08.08.2019.
