ADNTEL: The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company vide its resolution dated February 06, 2025 has approved a proposal to enter into USD 3B digital healthcare market by acquiring 37% of shares through investment of BDT 99.82 million in Senior Citizen Healthcare Limited (SCHL).
