2019-06-24: Reschedule of Board Meeting

ILFSL: International Leasing and Financial Services Limited has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the Board Meeting of the Company will now be held on June 29, 2019 at 4:00 PM instead of June 24, 2019 at 5:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended on March 31, 2019.
