SAMORITA: Dr. A. B. M. Haroon, one of the Sponsor Directors of Samorita Hospital Limited, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of 2,00,000 shares of the Company to his son Md. Atiqul Basher (1,00,000 shares) and daughter Ms. Munjareen Shahnaz Nobera (1,00,000 shares) respectively, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per declaration disseminated on 24.03.2020.
