2026-05-11: Revised Record Date

MARICO: Refer to their earlier news disseminated by CSE on 30.04.2026 regarding Recommendation of Dividend, the company has informed that since the declared Record Date falls within the holiday period, as per Regulation 23 of the Chittagong Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the first trading day following the Eid-ul-Adha holidays, i.e., 1 June 2026, shall be considered as the revised Record Date instead of 25 May 2026. Other information will remain unchanged.
