2019-08-22: Sale Intention

MERCANBANK: Dr. Toufique Rahman Chowdhury, one of the Sponsors of Mercantile Bank Limited, has expressed his intention to sell 3,14,430 shares out of his total holding of 24,39,430 shares of the Company at prevailing market price (In the Public Market) through Stock Exchange (DSE) within next 30 working days.
