2019-08-08: Transfer Intention

EASTLAND: Mrs. Taslima Akhtar, one of the Directors of Eastland Insurance Company Limited, has reported his intention to transfer 8,27,000 shares out of her total holding of 23,80,176 shares to her husband Mr. Kamaluddin Ahmed, another Sponsor of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
