The Board of Directors of Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. in its meeting held on 14th December, 2005 unanimously elected Mr. MKM Mohiuddin as New President of Chittagong Stock Exchange for the year 2006. Prior of his new assignment he served as Vice President of CSE since 2004. Mr. Mohiuddin is the Managing Director of a CSE Member Firm named “MKM Securities Ltd.”
Mr. Mohiuddin was born in distinguished family of Chittagong. He is a Graduate. He has been an ex banker of International Repute for over 20 years including 14 years in Hong Kong. He has gained in depth and extensive practical and specialized knowledge on the field of international finance, banking capital market activities and investment promotions. He is considered as an expert in above areas.
Mr. Mohiuddin is also the president and CEO of Skybridge International, which is acting as the GSA of China Eastern Airlines for Bangladesh. He has host of other business interest in the areas such as textile and information technology.
