February 4, 2008CSE breaks turnover recordA new milestone for CSECSE breaks its earlier trade record Tk. 57 crore that executed on 22nd October, 2007 and surpassed today Tk. 63 crore. All Share Price Index crossed 7475 points, the highest ever mark today amid buoyant of stocks observed in Chittagong Stock Exchange. CSE’s All Share Price Index includes all the listed scrips other than all Mutual Funds, Debentures, Suspended issues, and not traded issues over last six months. The other popular index CSE- 30 which is a selective index introduced by CSE first of its kind in the country finished at 6742 on the day. CSE Selective Categories Index (CSCX) closed at 4810 on today. The CSE market capitalization today stood at Tk. 631 billion. |
