It is for the information of all Beneficial Owner that as per gazette notification of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) dated 16 May 2007, published on 27 June 2007, the Custody Fee of Depository will be replaced by Annual Account Maintenance Fee of Tk. 300/= (Three hundred) only effective from 1 October 2007. This amount shall have to be paid by the BO account holder in advance for every year before the accounting year is commenced, details as follows:

In view of the above a notice has already been issued and circulated by CSE on 2 August 2007. All concerned BO account holders are therefore requested to kindly pay the above mentioned fee not later than 30 September 2007 positively at CSE DP Services counters in Chittagong, Dhaka and Sylhet as applicable. In the event of failure to pay the dues within the stipulated date the following actions will be applicable without any further reference: i) BO account with no share balance will be closed; and /or ii) BO account with share balance and /or charges payable to CDBL/CSE DP will remain suspended.
