BRAC Bank debut CSE on 31st Jan 2007

Chittagong, January 29, 2007: Brac Bank Ltd will debut CSE day after tomorrow on Wednesday the 31st January, 2007.

BRAC Bank under category N will be transacted in CSE after getting nod from CSE listing Committee.

The lottery for its share allotment held on 20th December, 2006. A total of 5 million shares of Tk. 170 each (Tk. 70 as premium) offered for public with an amount of Tk 4099 million subscribed, which is 5 times over subscribed.

BRAC Bank Ltd is the 214 listed company of CSE.
