The Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) is inviting applications from professionals for the following positions:
The incumbent should have at least 12 (twelve) years hands on experience in capital market with relevant position. Masters or PhD degree holder preferably in Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Law from a reputed university at home or abroad is highly desirable. The incumbent should be innovative, self motivated and capable of executing policy matters by assisting CEO. Based in Dhaka, the incumbent will keep liaison with different stakeholders like Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Member firms of CSE and various Government Agencies. The compensation package will commensurate with experience and other qualities. The incumbent should be a Masters or PhD degree holder preferably in Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance/ Law from a reputed university at home or abroad. The incumbent should have success record in increasingly responsible positions with at least 8 (eight) years experience in the relevant position preferably in a reputed financial organization with a background in research, publications, strong corporate communication ability, excellent computer literacy and managing different events and stakeholders. Should be well conversant with the Capital Market issues of Bangladesh in general and hands on knowledge in Bangladesh Capital Market will be considered positively. The compensation package will commensurate with experience and other qualities. The incumbent should have Masters Degree preferably in Economics/Business Administration/Finance from a reputed university. (S)he should have at least five years managerial experience in a reputed financial institution. Apart from the good managerial skill this position demands self motivation, innovation, excellent communication skill, event management capability and of-course good computer literacy specially with Microsoft Office package. The incumbent will need to maintain its existing network and also for its planned expansion projects. The candidate should have fair knowledge and working experience on CISCO routers, switches, access servers etc. The incumbent should be B.Sc. Engineers in Computer Science /Electrical and Electronics preferably from public engineering universities. Knowledge in telecommunication especially in data communication is preferred. The compensation package will commensurate with experience and other qualities. The incumbents should be young, energetic and dedicated to work in the Finance /Inspection Department. The candidate(s) should be CA(Inter)/CMA(Inter) course completed from a reputed CA firm with Master degree from Business Studies faculty. The incumbents should have strong communication skill in English, expertise in Report writing, good knowledge in Computer (Microsoft Office) and overall knowledge in Capital Market rules and regulations. These positions require frequent traveling all over the country to visit the Branch offices and Member offices. Visits and submission of reports should be done within the prescribed time frame. The incumbents should have good educational background preferably in Business Studies faculty/Economics from reputed universities. These positions demand good oral & written communication skill as well as expertise in computer software operation meant for Market Operation of the Automated Trading System. Working knowledge on Capital Market Rules and Regulations will be preferred. The incumbent should directly work with the CEO. This typical secretarial position demands at least Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and excellent computer literacy specially in Microsoft Office with good type writing speed. (S)he should have be tidy person who can keep confidentiality and obviously should have good communication skill specially should be able to fluently speak both in Bangla and English. Experience in Multi National Company in the same position shall be preferred.
